We operate primarily as a marketing and lead‑generation company. In many cases, we:

• Collect information from you and transfer, refer, or otherwise provide your lead information to third‑party businesses, including but not limited to real estate developers, transportation companies, concierge or luxury‑travel providers, or other service providers with whom we have marketing relationships (“Business Partners”); and

• Use the same channels and information to offer our own marketing, consulting, and CMO services directly to you.

This Privacy Policy applies globally, including users located in the United States, European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (including Dubai), and Asia. Additional information for individuals in the EEA/UK is provided below.

By accessing or using the Sites or Services, or by submitting information through any of our ads, lead forms, DMs, or other contact channels, you:

• Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here, including lead transfer to Business Partners and use of your information to market our own services.

Nothing in our Sites, Services, ads, content, or communications—whether for our own services or for Business Partners—constitutes a guarantee, promise, or warranty of any specific results, revenue, leads, performance, pricing, availability, or outcomes. All examples and testimonials (if any) are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results or receive any particular service.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/EEA & UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:

Your relationship with any Business Partner is solely between you and that Business Partner.

Your rights depend on your jurisdiction.

8.1 General Rights

In many locations, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;

• Request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal limitations;

• We cannot reasonably verify your identity;

11. No Legal, Financial, or Business Advice or Guarantees

We do not control, and are not responsible for, any statements, representations, guarantees, pricing, or commitments made to you by Business Partners. Your decisions to engage any Business Partner, sign any agreement with them, or act on any information they provide are solely your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. You should consult your own legal, financial, or other professional advisors before making decisions based on any information we or any Business Partner provides.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update, modify, or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law.

Your continued access to or use of the Sites or Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the Sites and Services.
